Alfonso Ribeiro Hosts Spell-Mageddon
By Jamie Ruby
Alfonso Ribeiro is probably best known for his role of Carlton Banks on the popular series The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. He has since taken on other roles, including that of host on Game Show Network's Catch 21. One of his next projects as a host is on ABC Family's new gameshow, Spell-Mageddon, premiering July 24th.
Spell-Mageddon is a one-hour game show, based around a spelling bee, where contestants try to spell increasingly challenging words, all while taking on crazy distractions.
Ribeiro recently talked to the media about his work on the new series.
