Lindsay Wagner has been in the entertainment industry for almost forty years. She is probably best known for her role as Jaime Sommers in The Six Million Dollar Man and then of course The Bionic Woman. She has also appeared in numerous other television shows and worked alongside Sylvester Stallone in the movie Nighthawks.

This Tuesday, August 17th, Wagner will guest star on Warehouse 13 as Dr. Vanessa Calder, the in-house warehouse doctor who treats not only the warehouse team but also the secretive group known as The Regents.

A new trailer for parts one and two of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows was released. I was thinking of embedding the video, but who wouldn't rather watch it in full HD at the official site? Part one will be released on November 19 of this year, followed by the second part on July 15, 2011.

This afternoon we have the newest for this fall’s most exciting new show, The Event! During the season this fall, we will experience an event that will change mankind forever. What is it? No one knows…but the clip below holds clues!

Fringe is a show about the strange and unusual things that happen, and cannot be solved or understood by normal means, but by fringe science. These include things like mind control and pyrokinesis. The show follows FBI Agent Olivia Dunham (Anna Torv) and her consultant Peter Bishop (Joshua Jackson). They are joined by Peter’s father Walter Bishop (John Noble) and his assistant Astrid Farnsworth, played by Jasika Nicole.

Besides playing the FBI agent, Nicole has also appeared in such shows as Law & Order: Criminal Intent and the recent comedy She’s Out of My League.

Nicole recently took part in an exclusive interview with Jamie Ruby of MediaBlvd.

The NBC Primetime Preview Show

This isn't all science fiction news, but since it does include The Event I decided to post it.

Watch an introduction to the complete Fall lineup and get a taste of what’s to come on the new series and your established favorites; all included in the clip below. The 30 minute special is packed with exclusive, behind-the-scenes footage and interviews from new series, like The Event, Undercovers and Law & Order: Los Angeles, plus looks at returning series, like The Office, 30 Rock and Community!

Hear from JJ Abrams, Skeet Ulrich, Jimmy Smits and a whole lot more as they give you a comprehensive look at the 2010 Fall slate for NBC!

I'm sure if you are a Lost fan and were on the internet yesterday, you probably have already heard about the official 12 minute Lost epilogue, New Man in Charge, that will be on the upcoming season six DVDs (and the complete collection). If you were lucky you saw it, but if you are like most people (myself included) you missed the fun.

Eric Balfour, who first began his career at the age of fifteen, has appeared in such films as What Women Want, the 2003 remake of Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and recently the Syfy movie Dinoshark. He has also appeared on popular television series such as HBO’s Six Feet Under, where he was a series regular, NBC’s Conviction, in which he had a starring role, and 24 on Fox.

Balfour is currently working on the science fiction thriller Skyline, and can be seen weekly on Syfy’s Haven.

On Haven¸ based on Stephen King’s The Colorado Kid, Balfour plays the role of Duke Crocker.

Balfour sat down to talk to media journalists, including Sci-Fi Vision and Media Blvd, about his life and his character’s fate after this week’s episode of Haven, where Duke is at the center of the town’s mystery.

The Event premieres Monday, September 20th on NBC

There are a lot of changes coming to Sci Fi Vision. The first major changes coming are the edition of a new forum that will integrate much better than the current forum, as well as a link to our Fandom Access site where you will be able to download all of our previous episodes and interviews, or access them through itunes. I am also hoping to update the news categories on the site and start posting reviews for some of the television shows that this site hosts, so stay tuned. New interviews on the way for the shows White Collar, Covert Affairs, and Haven. My interview with Jasika Nicole of Fringe will be up at MediaBlvd soon as well.
