SYFY LOCKS CAST FOR ‘DEADLY CLASS’ PILOT BASED ON THE GRAPHIC NOVEL

DEADLY CLASS follows a disillusioned teen recruited into a storied high school for assassins. Maintaining his moral code while surviving a ruthless curriculum, vicious social cliques, and his own adolescent uncertainties may prove fatal. Set against the backdrop of late 80s counter culture, DEADLY CLASS is a coming of age journey unlike anything you’ve ever seen.
 
Benedict Wong is set for the role of “Master Lin,” the headmaster of the School for the Deadly Arts. Deadly and feared. He's an ever-changing chameleon who keeps his students desperate for his approval. British actor Wong is best known for his roles in “Dr. Strange,” “The Martian,” and recently starred in "Marco Polo." Recent television credits include "Black Mirror: Hated In The Nation,” “Electric Dreams" and "Blade Runner: Nexus Dawn." Next year Wong will star in “Avengers: Infinity War” and Alex Garland’s “Annihilation.” Wong is repped by himself and Attorney Robert Wallerstein.

The Adventure Continues as TNT's The Librarians Returns for Season Four

New Season of the Hit Fantasy Series Launches with a Two-Episode Premiere on Wednesday, Dec. 20, at 8 p.m. (ET/PT)     

This winter, TNT’s hugely popular fantasy series The Librarians returns for a fourth season. Based on TNT's hit movie franchise, The Librarians centers on an ancient organization dedicated to protecting an unknowing world from the secret, magical reality hidden all around. Rebecca Romijn, Christian Kane, Lindy Booth and John Harlan Kim star in the series as protectors of the world's mystical treasures, with Emmy® winner John Larroquette as their reluctant caretaker. Noah Wyle (Falling Skies, ER) recurs in seven of twelve episodes this season as Flynn Carsen, the role he played in TNT's hit movie trilogy. Season four of The Librarians is slated to launch with a two-episode premiere on a new night, Wednesday, Dec. 20, at 8 p.m. (ET/PT) across TNT's linear, mobile and digital platforms.

Tonight at 7pm EDT/4pm EDT, creator/executive producer of Dark Matter, Joseph Mallozzi, along with cast members Melissa O'Neil, who plays Two, Anthony Lemke, who plays Three, Alex Mallari Jr., who plays Four, Jodelle Ferland, who plays Five, and Zoie Palmer, who plays The Android, will be joining in an AMA on Reddit, where fans can submit questions.

NEW YORK, NY– September 1, 2017 – SYFY and Space announced today the pickup of Seasons 4 and 5 of the sci-fi adventure series KILLJOYS ahead of its action-packed Season 3 finale airing tonight at 8/7c. The two-season, 20-episode pickup will act as the final chapters for the fan-favorite space drama. From Temple Street, a division of Boat Rocker Studios, and Universal Cable Productions (UCP), KILLJOYS follows a trio of interplanetary bounty hunters – rebel leader Dutch (Hannah John-Kamen), tech-savvy John Jaqobis (Aaron Ashmore), and tactical D’avin Jaqobis (Luke MacFarlane) – on the brink of a multiplanetary war. Creator Michelle Lovretta serves as executive producer along with Karen Troubetzkoy and Temple Street’sS David Fortier and Ivan Schneeberg.  Season 4 is set to air in 2018.

SYFY'S 'Z NATION' RETURNS FOR SEASON 4 ON FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 29 AT 9PM

“Z Nation” follows a team of everyday heroes, led by Lieutenant Warren (Kellita Smith), during their epic struggle to save humanity. Season 4 begins with a mind-bending jump in time. Murphy and Warren find themselves alive in Zona, the zombie free playground for billionaires. Meanwhile, the rest of our heroes are fighting alongside the last of the humans against the mutated Zombie Virus and the unkillable “MAD-Z’s.” Warren’s mysterious dream of a black rainbow and flesh-eating black rain propels the season forward and puts our heroes in the middle of an even worse Zompocalypse. Here they will have to battle Jugalo Zombies and find the Zombified President of the United States – or at least his thumb. 

SYFY RENEWS ‘WYNONNA EARP’ FOR THIRD SEASON

From IDW Entertainment and SEVEN24 Films, Season 3 Slated to Premiere in 2018

SAN DIEGO, CA –July 22, 2017 – Today, SYFY and IDW Entertainment announced the renewal of the breakout supernatural series WYNONNA EARP for third season, expected to premiere in 2018. The announcement was made during the show’s panel at San Diego Comic-Con, which was attended by cast members Melanie Scrofano, Shamier Anderson, Tim Rozon, Dominique Provost-Chalkley, Katherine Barrell, Varun Saranga, Tamara Duarte, along with showrunner and creator Emily Andras and comic book creator Beau Smith. TOM WELLING JOINS “LUCIFER” IN SEASON THREE

Tom Welling (“Smallville”) will join Season Three of LUCIFER. Welling will play “Marcus Pierce,” an accomplished police lieutenant who is everything Lucifer (Tom Ellis) is not – strategic, reserved and well-respected.
