In Earth Abides, which is based on the novel of the same name by George R. Stewart, a virulent plague has swept the globe, wiping out most of the human race. In the aftermath, a few survivors remain, struggling to learn to live in the new world.

The third episode of the series, which premieres tonight on MGM Plus, features the arrival of a new couple, Maurine (Elyse Levesque) and Jorge (Rodrigo Fernandez-Stoll) after a short time jump.

Levesque recently spoke with SciFi Vision about joining the unique series, on everything from connecting with her character, to how the experience changed her, to working with a small cast, and much more, as well as a bit about working on the series Stargate Universe.
