In 1553, Lady Jane Grey ruled as the Queen of England for only nine days before she was beheaded. The new Prime Video series, My Lady Jane, rewrites history the way it should have happened: the damsel in distress saves herself. This true love tale full of both comedy and fantasy stars Emily Bader in the title role and Edward Bluemel as Lord Guildford Dudley.
Jordan Peters plays the role of King Edward, cousin of Lady Jane, and Kate O’Flynn plays his sister, Mary. The two spoke with SciFi Vision about why they wanted to be a part of the series, connecting with their characters, what it’s like getting to sit on the throne, and more.
